6. Counter-Information and Mistaken Removal
If you believe material was removed, disabled, or changed because of a mistake or misidentification, use the Contact Form and begin the message with Copyright counter-information. Include the affected URL, the material concerned, a clear explanation, any relevant authorization or licensing context, reliable contact information, and your typed full name.
Do not submit confidential evidence or identity documents through the initial web form. If a formal legal counter-notice is required, obtain independent advice about the information, declarations, jurisdiction, signature, and delivery method required by the applicable law.
7. False, Misleading, or Abusive Notices
Do not knowingly submit false ownership claims, fabricated evidence, impersonation, misleading statements, automated mass complaints, or notices intended to silence lawful criticism or competition. False or abusive notices may cause harm and can carry legal consequences under applicable law.
Repeated submissions of the same unsupported complaint do not create an obligation to remove material. Relevant records may be retained to prevent abuse, document decisions, or comply with legal obligations.
8. No Registered-Agent Representation
This page provides a practical channel for copyright and content complaints. It does not state that ACSNETWORLD has appointed or registered a statutory DMCA agent, accepted the jurisdiction of a particular country, or qualified for a specific legal safe harbor.
