If you choose to upgrade to Windows 11 on a device that does not meet these requirements, you must
acknowledge that you understand the potential risks.
You can then.. create the following registry key values.. and bypass the TPM check
. 2.0 >> ( at least TPM 1.2 required)

the files required to perform this function will be removed to free up
disk space on your device

Conclusion:
This topic is not to propose a new way to bypass (there are ways to
bypass more demands), but to show that it is provided by Microsoft
itself
.. and this entails what follows
1- According to the current (final) requirements of Microsoft announced
for Windows 11.. The modern devices that will be allowed (supported) will
be those that have been produced from a year and a half to two years at
most from now.
2- But according to this link (after understanding the risks and agreeing
to them), devices from 2012 (or shortly before 2011, for example) will be
allowed to install Windows 11,
noting that TPM 1.2 was released in 2012.. But hardware companies from computers and
boards may have added equipment for the feature shortly before it from
2011, for example, for the possibility of the future Upgrade of hardware
when it appears later???
in another meaningMicrosoft allowed the installation of Windows 11 for devices that
achieve (partially the Hard Floor ) in the old requirements of Windows 11 .. and the most important thing in
it is the presence of TPM 1.2
3-and therefore this will entail allowing the installation .. to allow

Update: Microsoft has updated the system requirements documentation to remove the soft floor specifications. It adds that the changes were made to "correct the guidance around the TPM requirements for Windows 11
It sounds like for older devices, regardless of the CPU, as long as they meet the 'hard floor' requirement (including TPM 1.2), they can still get Windows 11. So, yeah, lots of wiggle room.
